Waveland Tennis Complex. By TJ Brindley, TTN - We started off the match very evenly trading games back and forth to the point where Jeff was up 4-3. Lots of unforced errors by both of us as many shots went long, wide and into the net. No doubt the wind played a factor in this. Any ball not hit on a line or had even a little bit of air under it was at the mercy of the wind. But I was able to overcome the elements and win 9 of the next 11 games to win 6-4, 6-2. Can you say Rookie of the Year?
