Victory at Valley Junction! CA steamrolls over DS like a locomotive for his 1st win ever!

By Steve England, ESVPN -- While DS was fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan - the rest of us were afforded the privilege of practicing our tennis in relative safety... Thank you for your service Delano!  Consequently, the outcome of today's match was anticipated.  With four seasons under his belt - CA's game has grown from only winning one game in 2009, to a tie-breaker against MN in 2011.  CA has the physique for tennis, and can generate extreme racket-head speed! If he continues to pursue the game, and master the muscle memory required - watch out world!

Despite opening with a blistering first service ace, CA can't put DS easily away.  DS fights back, and takes the first three games of the match to deuce.  Players are on-serve until the forth game, then CA starts to pull ahead.  DS utilized a tactic often employed by DK - the underhand serve.  His serve was effective, and permits him to hold at the beginning.  However, in later games DS modifies his serve, and triple-doubles as a consequence.  Returning to his previous style - Delano's service game improves but cant get back on the board.  CA aces DS to win the 1st-set: 6-1.

Delano begins the 2nd-set with a changed demeanor.  Now determined to win, he fights for every point!  In the end, the experience disparity cannot be overcome. CA wins in straight sets: 6-1, 6-1.

Bonus Story: Dangers on the court - Improper handling of tennis ball cans.
